Space Shuttle Launch

Did you see the Space Shuttle rise into the night sky on Friday, August 28? It lit up the sky like fireworks! From our 2-story dock in New Smyrna Beach, the northern trajectory keeps it in view from south to north for longer than the 2 minutes before the boosters drop in the Atlantic Ocean. Then the rumble comes. It was a clear night, so the rumble lasted extra long. Scroll down for a photo from NASA.gov.

New Smyrna Beach Labor Day Weekend Accomodations

Bring your boat, and live on the Intracoastal Waterway, in Historic New Smyrna Beach, Florida for Labor Day Weekend! The Night Swan Intracoastal B&B features a 160-ft, 2-story dock with a boat house, floating platform, and extra mooring poles.

Or just enjoy sitting on the first floor benches which are shaded by the upper deck, or have a picnic lunch at the tables and chairs on the upper deck, which is a great view of the dolphins and manatees!

You may enjoy a guest room with a king bed, and an oversize whirlpool tub and shower in the private bath.

Beachside Bike & Kayak will bring your kayak to the B&B. Let's call: 386-423-8123.

You can probably see manatees by kayak at JBsFishCamp.com.

We recommend lots of activities on our website. Just pick a couple for this stay. You have to leave time for some relaxation!
